good morning and good weekend to you all!

breakfast: only 150 mL of f/cream milk
3 teaspoons of milo
1 jarrah hot chocolatte
(200)

Lunch/Dinner: ok decided to get a steak sandwich at hogs breath as opposed to the chicken parmigiana. looking at other places on calorieking with chicken parmigiana i was shocked that it could amount to 1800 calories! so will take the steak sandwich instead. (will not get entree or apetitizers and will drink water during meal and get a coke zero from the shopping centre afterwards) not sure how many cals it is, going for the lite option whatever that means. but allowing about 900 cals for the meal as it is dinner and lunch. estimated all up to be (860)

*i ended up drinking water at the restaurant :) yay!

snacks: aero chocolate mousse (66)
jarrah (40)

2litres of water hoping for 3litres

all up: 1165 calories

hey ally the steak sanwich was nice, i cut the fat off the steak first and its what i wouldve made at home as a steak sanga anyway. i also had the side of curly fries which came with it but worked it out on caolireking as a bucket of hot chips so i think i did ok :) will work extra hard tomorrow with eating and exercise though just in case. the sanga had steak (thin) a thin slice of cheese, tomato, onion and bbq sauce.
