1 muffin, 1/2 a grapefruit
we're going out with friends to a pizza/pasta place
They have salads though so I'll have one of those. See you all next week
(I ended up having tandori chicken salad, 1 glass of white wine and a cup of tea, no sugar LFM)
This will be my last day with you all until the end of next week. The bloke and I are going to the sunny north west Tasmanian coast to see family. So I'll wish you all a very happy Christmas now. I hope you get spoiled rotten (but not with food) and that you all have the willpower to resist all those wonderfully fattening temptations!!
