Hi everyone!

Breakfast
2 pieces of multigrain toast wiith peanut butter and vegemite. The kelp/dolomite/juice mix

Snack
1/2 a grapefruit

Lunch
left over spaghetti and vegie sauce

Snack
1 muffin, 1/2 a grapefruit

Dinner
we're going out with friends to a pizza/pasta place :roll: They have salads though so I'll have one of those. See you all next week
(I ended up having tandori chicken salad, 1 glass of white wine and a cup of tea, no sugar LFM)


This will be my last day with you all until the end of next week. The bloke and I are going to the sunny north west Tasmanian coast to see family. So I'll wish you all a very happy Christmas now. I hope you get spoiled rotten (but not with food) and that you all have the willpower to resist all those wonderfully fattening temptations!!

one and a half weetbix with sprinkle of muesli, chopped banana and skim-milk.

Coffee, 1 sugar and skim milk
