Had a birthday party to go to today, didn't do too bad, and it all fitted into my daily totals.....had red rooster for dinner tonight, still fit in, but it certainly made me realise by adding up what I had, just how much I would have eaten before and how high the calorie/fat content would have been ( :o ) weigh in day tomorrow so I shall see how it goes......

Brekkie:
1 coffee
2 slices m/g toast with 1.5 tsp light butter and 2 teaspoons vegemite
(208)

Snack: (at party)

10 lollies (those little buggers sneak up on you!)
3 puffy dogs
(294)

Lunch:

1 milo
(551)

Snack:
1 chai tea
(49)

Dinner: Red Rooster
1/4 BBQ chicken
1 serve roast potato
1 serve peas
1 corn on cob
gravy
(848)
