7am - Baked beans on empower toast, Protein banana bread (2 pieces), Well naturally chocolate (the other half lol)
10am - Protein crunch & oats, 100g diet yoghurt, Hot cocoa
2:30pm - Tofu & salad in mountain bread wrap, Diet jelly
6pm - Spinach & ricotta w. steamed veg, Carb smart icecream
8:30pm - Protein crisps
And... none of the little extras at my parents place. No picking of chocolate, dried fruits, potato chips, sugary cakes and icecreams!!! I'll take some almonds and eat them if I get desperate.
