good morning all, have a fabulous day :)

Breakfast:
3 teaspoons of milo
150 ml pura milk (160)
jarrah (40)

Lunch: spc spaghetti on white (no rye left) x 2 no marg (245)
1 coke zero (1)

Dinner: sheppards pie (349)
1 coke zero (1)

Snacks: 2x canola lite marg and vegemite saos (108)
20 cashews (166)
ww cookies cup (104)
another 20 cashews (166)
1 furry friend (80)

2-3 litres of water

total cals: 1420

hahaha thanks Kate!!! Yesindeedeedooo it is my birthday and hubbie is cooking me a lovely dinner and dessert tonight (all healthy!) I shall be back later to post my food diary!!

1 Fling bar (tried them again and they are not too bad)

1 serve mango and passionfruit cheesecake

two glasses wine (maybe)

Daily Total: amended below

Please note the following changes.....

I didn't have the wine but I ended up having 2 pieces of fruit bread with 2 teaspoons of light butter late afternoon and 1 milo in the evening...........

so it takes my daily total to 1884 out of 2000

Happy b'day Ally! :)

Not a particular good eating day together, but not that bad.

Breakfast- Big mug of milo (5 teaspoons milo, 4cm skim milk, boiling water), medium sized banana

Lunch- tall skim milk latte, shared small plate of french toast, maple syrup and strawberries with a friend at a cafe... i had less than half though.

Dinner- 3 slices of bread with mushrooms, onion and capsicum on top to make pizzas, mug of peppermint tea

2x wholemeal toast with 1 tablespoon margarine and 2 tablespoon honey

Lunch: Red Rooster hot chicken roll combo large

Snack: Tea with 2 sugars

Dinner: Pizza at a friend's house

Water: 500mls

I'm sick of being on a diet :( I had this for no reason at all, and now I feel slightly sick because I've been having so little lately, and this is huge for me.

Dinner cont- small bowl (full) of tortellini, 2 pieces of carrot and italian pasta sauce, thin slice of almond tart.

I don't even like tart!!! Sigh. I think I've just been really stressed today and I want to scream.

hey madz i understand your frustration. you are doing so well mate dont let one meal get you down. you are inspiring lots of people with your food diary and progress so keep your chin up you are making a lot of people happy :)

i just had some zucchini & bacon soup.

my boyfriend made it and it was the yummiest thing ever (plus low cal and low carb!)
