I kept a diary of what i ate and exercised while away, so i'm filling them in.
Fruit salad and no fat yoghurt. 2 pc multigrain toast with vegemite
1 lentil shepherd pie with chutney
1/2 a little chocolate pixie (present) 1 apple, 1 cup tea (no sugar, not sure of milk), 1 bite of the bloke's blueberry strudel
Small portion of pasta bake and salad
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
