Today my family are having our Christmas meal one day early so that my adult kids can feast tomorrow (Christmas day) at their future in-laws houses.

Breakfast
2 cups of coffee

Lunch
turkey & gravy
roast potato
carrots
cauliflower
broccoli
peas
asparagus
sauerkraut
1 glass of Riccadonna

brandy drenched Christmas pudding
whipped cream (2 tablespoons)

Dinner
2 slices of german rye bread
continental cheeses, pickles, and sausages.

I kept a diary of what i ate and exercised while away, so i'm filling them in.

Breakfast
Fruit salad and no fat yoghurt. 2 pc multigrain toast with vegemite

Lunch
1 lentil shepherd pie with chutney

Snack
1/2 a little chocolate pixie (present) 1 apple, 1 cup tea (no sugar, not sure of milk), 1 bite of the bloke's blueberry strudel

Dinner
Small portion of pasta bake and salad
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
