Breakfast- Big mug of milo (4 teaspoons milo, 4cm skim milk, boiling water), small jonathan apple

Breakfast: 3 teaspoons milo
150ml pura milk
(160)

Lunch: lite ham and lite cheese and tomato sauce grilled on rye bread x 2 (374)

Dinner: Kate's Stew (460) - which include a slice of whitebread with canola lite marg

Snacks: aero peppermint mousse (104)
2 coke zeros (2)
1 jarrah (40)
3 tablespoons of left over shepards pie (about 100)
1 furry friend (80)
1 orange (141)


2-3 litres of water
total: 1461

Plan for lunch- Subway soup, 2 tobiko sushi, diet coke

I stuffed up royally over the last couple of days.... and I'm paying for it, gosh I feel ill (will not go into detail as this is the food diary section!!) :cry: I'm too embarrassed to post my food diary, or what I can remember of it, so I'll just start again today :oops:

5am - Protein crunch & bran plus (1/2 serve of each)
8am - Small pear, Bran protein pancake, Pumpkin slice
11am - Mushroom egg white omelette
12:30pm - Protein crisps (1 bag only!) :x
2pm - Tomato & capsicum soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich
5:30pm - Pumpkin & spinach risotto
7pm - Steamed veg, Diet jelly
8pm - Almonds, Jarrah
