thought id make a start on my food diary for tomorrow early :P have a wonderful day guys and we are half way through the week whoohhoo!!

Breakfast: 3 teaspoons milo
150 ml pura milk
(160)

Lunch: left over Kate's Stew (small serve)
1 slice noble rise rye and spelt with lite marg
(306)

Dinner: home made chicken burger- light cheese,
grilled chicken breast, taco sauce, lite sour
cream on a whole meal roll (475)

Snacks:
2 coke zeros (2)
1 jarrah hot chocolatte (40)
aero chocolate mousse (66)
1 furry friend (80)
3 saos with low fat cheese (225)


2-3 litres of water

total calories: 1354

Breakfast- Big glass of water (was feeling really dizzy yesterday for some reason :( , throbbing headache, pains in my lower torso and back too), big mug of milo made the way i usually make it (see the last billion posts LOL), small gala apple

Am going shopping later so might have to plan in advance because I don't want to get dizzy again (usually I'd just have a tall coffee... does anyone know if the above are symptoms of dehydration)

sounds like you havent drank enough water madz or not eaten enough. i know i get a sore back if i dont drink enough- like my kidneys are wanting more water to flush it all out!

5am - FibreX & Bran plus (1/2 serves)
8am - Small pear, Bran protein pancake, Pumpkin slice
10:30am - LSA pancake
12pm - Protein crisps (saved from yesterday - woohoo!)
2pm - Capsicum soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich
5:30pm - Thai tofu w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
8:30pm - Diet yoghurt w. a few cherries, Hot cocoa before bed :)

All that for under 7000kJ. Now just gotta stick to it, not like yesterday!!

Lunch- 2 slices helgas mixed grain bread, with grated mozzarella cheese, toasted

Breakfast: Cornflakes with 2 tsps sugar

Snack: 5 Crackers with cheese and a skinny latte 2 sugars

Lunch: 6 inch subway roll w/ pickles, lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese :oops: and honey mustard sauce

Dinner: i think will be relatively unhealthy... fried chicken(my mum coats them and then frys them in a pan... tastes like nuggets) and oven baked chips (its pay day tomoro so we can go shopping then)

1x milo

Snack: 1x apple

Lunch: 2x wholemeal toast and 1\2 can of spaghetti

Dinner: I couldn't be bothered cooking tonight. I let hubby cook so it grilled sausages and oven baked chips. With frozen vegetables.

Snack: 1 tea with
2x toast with jam and cheese

Water: 1.25lt today.

Lunch:
1/2 cup brown rice mixed with peas, capsicum and celery & corn kernels

Snack:
20g sultanas

Dinner:
1 slice lean meat loaf,
green beans,
small slice pumpkin,
1 small potato
