200 ml whole pura milk

lunch: 1x toasted white roll no marg with tin spaghetti

dinner: pepper steak- chat potato, broccoli, cauli, mixed vegies tomato sauce and ww lite sour cream (290)

snacks: jarrah (40)
2x coke zero (2)
1 aero peppermint mousse (104)
1 furry friend (80)
1 hundreds and thousands biscuit (35)
1 slice of vegemite on toast (108)

2-3 litres of water

total calories: 1134

*have run out of all good things like cashews, fruit, and saos :roll:

Dinner: dont know yet :(

11am - Mushroom egg white omelette, 30g almonds
2pm - Capsicum & celery soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich
5:30pm - Vegetarian bolognese pasta w. steamed veg, 35g l/f cheese, Diet jelly
8:30pm - Protein delite bar

12:30pm wild rice and smoky chicken soup (heinz only 0.6% fat) & 2 slices of toast

6pm lentils, brown rice, roasted veggies & a steak

8pm yoghurt, pear & mandarins

lunch actually turned out to be Lamb Meatballs with rice.. they were in some kind of green sauce... interesting... and 2 or three bites of my colleagues mars bar slice

Lunch- salmon sushi handroll, tuna sushi handroll, tall skinny latte

Dinner- subway 6" roast chicken on wheat (cheddar cheese, cucumber, tomato, carrot, jalepenos, olives, pickles, mayo), 600mL diet coke

Ive decided to give the celeb slim program another go....I have he leftover shakes, so I may as well use them! Hopefully it will give me a bit of a push in the weighloss dept. too! :D

Grilled chicken with capsicum, onion, tomato, avocado and a little lite cheese, side salad (twas yuuum! :D)

I feel pretty good! Really full actually, which I am totally surprised about! :D

umm I dont know yet Kate :D
I hav e 8 so thats enough for 4 days on their program...I guess Ill see how I go! If they fill me up, then Ill see how I go financially to pay for them from then on :)
