Merry Christmas all. I had lunch at a friend of my mum's and dinner at the bloke's parents.
apple, cherry, strawberry, banana with a little muesli and LFM (the rest of the family had croissants)
1 choc coated coffee bean, 1 of my sister's shortbreads, some apple, cherries and carrot.
salad, tabouleh, prawn kebab, 2 veg canelloni tubes, 1 tofu square, 1/2 nut pilaf slice.
cup tea, 1 shortbread
peas, salad, bit of roast chicken, 1 slice ham, 1/2 potato, tinned fruit salad, small piece of date pudding
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
