I am totally surprised as we have guests form america here and I have eaten a tad more than normal - including chocolate - this morning checked the scales and have lost some weight!!! Now down below the 76 kilos mark - my original goal was 75 kilos. Now I am aiming for 72 :-)

Pretty happy with the results.

Cheers

Hi Dolly

Yes, I must admit I was suprised as it is hard when you have visitors to be a good-low-fat-eater

Plus of course a bottle or two of wine is opened at dinner time - and hey, I am not going to say no to that!! :)

Having said that, I am also running around after them all plus the farm animals - and have also stuck to exercises while they are still in bed of a morning - so if you tally all that up I guess I am burning it off - so maybe my metabolism is kicking in a bit...one can hope anyway!

Hope you are having a good Christmas and we all have a safe and Happy New Year.

Cheers

Maria

Merry Christmas all. I had lunch at a friend of my mum's and dinner at the bloke's parents.

Breakfast
apple, cherry, strawberry, banana with a little muesli and LFM (the rest of the family had croissants)

Snack
1 choc coated coffee bean, 1 of my sister's shortbreads, some apple, cherries and carrot.

Lunch
salad, tabouleh, prawn kebab, 2 veg canelloni tubes, 1 tofu square, 1/2 nut pilaf slice.

Snack
cup tea, 1 shortbread

Dinner
peas, salad, bit of roast chicken, 1 slice ham, 1/2 potato, tinned fruit salad, small piece of date pudding
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"
