I'm trying to make my metabolism a bit by switching around the portions of my meals... Today I'm going to start with a big breakfast then a slightly smaller lunch and a tiny dinner (usually I do tiny breakfast, huge lunch, medium dinner).

Breakfast- Glass of ginger beer (same kj as milo), 4 x helgas mixed grain bread with grated mozzerella, toasted as 2 sandwiches

1am - Power wrap w. fat free cheese & vege spread x2
5am - Protein crunch w. soy milk
8am - Small pear, Bran protein pancake, Pumpkin slice
11am - Oatmeal pancake, Almonds
2pm - Capsicum & celery soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich
5:30pm - Vegetarian bolognese w. steamed veg, Diet jelly

Looking at 7500kJ for all of that. Not much room for movement with the after-dinner eating tonight. I'm thinking a nice salad... always yummy but never seem motivated to make and eat it. Always wanting something sweet at that time of night :?

I'm actually craving subway soup atm  how bizarre.

Ummm for relevance

Snack cont- Another mug of peppermint tea (5kj each)

ahah ok this is a bad eating day. I'll write it down anyway as an example of the phrase "nobody's perfect" (especially not Madz) :D

Afternoon Snack- Small bowl of tuna and peas, 2 slices of wholemeal bread with low-fat margarine

Dinner- 1 hungry jacks whopper, many many glasses of water to wash it down (at least it wasn't a double whopper... right??? )

Just made the most delicious bran muffins... and ate THREE! I couldn't help myself

About to jump onto my cross trainer, and watch big brother.

Diet jelly can wait till after the muffins go down... if they ever do. Ouch

That takes my grand total for today to a massive 9500kJ!

umm....

and add small bowl (maybe 20 pieces) of ravioli, 6 olives and italian pasta sauce...

I still don't feel full... this is the first time in weeks where food seems to go straight through me without making me feel full in the slightest. I'm so annoyed. I know this is just one day... but I want to know why this is happening, I ate good meals, I ate them slowly... I drank plenty of water and drinks... I waited at least an hour between meals.... WHY DIDN'T I FEEL FULL??? :(
