ok, Im still on track today with the celeb slim shakes, day #2 :D
I feel ok still not hungry or anything, so thats great :) Im excited for weigh in! :D
Breaky-
Caramel CS shake
Lunch-
Chocolate CS shake
Dinner-
Grilled chicken, salad, grilled capsicum, onion, tomato and avocado and lite cheese mmmmmmmm :)
2.5 litres water
1 can coke zero

ok talk about a bad day food wise :? ....but again I stayed within my calorie limit....I will post in my personal progress an update!!

Brekkie:
2 coffees
1 slice fruit bread
1 tsp light butter

Lunch:
1/6 slice Crannies bacon and cheese pie
2 coffees
(495 :o )

Snack:
1 pear
(67)

Dinner:
6 red rooster chips
1 skin free fillet burger
1 crispy fillet burger
600ml coke zero
(1037 :o :o )

Daily total: 1765 out of 2000

Water: 3L
