Breakfast
1 slice of peanut paste toast
1 cup of coffee
2 glasses of water

Lunch will be
2 slices of brown bread
with cheese, ham and pickles
2 glasses of water

Dinner
chicken potato and peas/carrots
2 glasses of water

1 Slice Wheat free Soughdough bread with a little vegimite

Breakfast

2 weetbix, skim milk, sugar

Lunch

small bread roll with tomato, a little baked artichoke and a little ham with dollop of honey mustard

Also

4 glasses of water
2 coffees
3 flaxseed oil capsules

Dinner:

It's just me tonight so one cup of baked beans on a slice of toast

Spent the morning with the bloke's parents, then lunch at my parents

Breakfast
3 slices multigrain toast with vegemite, 1 cup tea (no sugar, FCM)

Lunch
Kuwaiti fish stew with rice, and stirfried asparagus. Slice of christmas pudding and a small amount of brandy custard.

Snack
cherries, slices apple and some dry roasted seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, linseed, sesame)

Dinner
bowl of salad with baguilla (broad bean) dip, seeds and a bite of pudding
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
