Spent the morning with the bloke's parents, then lunch at my parents
3 slices multigrain toast with vegemite, 1 cup tea (no sugar, FCM)
Kuwaiti fish stew with rice, and stirfried asparagus. Slice of christmas pudding and a small amount of brandy custard.
cherries, slices apple and some dry roasted seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, linseed, sesame)
bowl of salad with baguilla (broad bean) dip, seeds and a bite of pudding
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
