my lord this month is going sooo fast! have a great weekend everyone :)

Breakfast: 4 teaspoons of milo
180ml pura milk (200)

Lunch:
light cheese on toast x 2 (258)

Dinner: steak onion cheese and tomato sauce sandwich on white (415)


Snacks:
raspberry licorice (108)
1 jarrah (40)
2 coke zeros (2)
1 hundreds and thousands bikkie (35)
100ml pura milk & 2 tsp of milo (107)
2 furry friends (160)
1 kinder chocolate bar (117)

2-3 litres of water

total calories : 1440

not the best day but i have noticed the scales are at a standstill again with a couple of days not having enough calories so calorieking says i can have 1520 a day and i aim for about 1300-1400 a day so i thought id have more today to see if it gets things moving. ate heaps of crap though but thats what you get when all your healthy snacks have run out

I think I'll go back to my original routine... having a big breakfast just makes me hungry for the rest of the day (and then eat big :oops: ) Small breakfast, large lunch, medium dinner.

Breakfast- White skinny milk tea, banana

Afternoon tea- Devonshire tea with the boy (except we had cappucinos instead of tea) 1 skinny cappucino, 1 scone with jam and cream

Dinner- Meat pie with corn, peas and tomato sauce, bowl of laksa soup

After dinner- Skinny white tea

2x wheetbixs with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 cup skim milk

Lunch: 1x vegemite sandwich

Snack: 1x Tube and 4x macadamia nuts chocolate coated.

Dinner: Spagghitti Bognaise
Glass Coke

Snack: Oranges and macadamia nuts

I been pretty depressed today.

Water: 750mls

me too re the depressed thing.. have to weigh myself tomorrow and I won't have lost any weight and I just can't resist food.. anyway my food content for today:

Breakfast - bacon, egg & 2 pieces sour dough bread
- one coffee

Lunch - beef soup, 2 pieces rye bread
- one pear

Dinner - 1 piece of meat pie, cabbage
- 2 pieces of pumpkin bread with honey
- one coffee

feeling guilty about the bread and honey particularly as one of my minor goals was not to have carbs after a certain time..
