Ended up not having any lunch, my left lung is hurting with pleurisy again because I smelled some cigarette smoke in the air when I went to the shops this morning.
I am allergic to tobacco smoke (even though I have never smoked) but have developed a condition called allergy induced pneumonia.
I just hope todays encounter will heal by itself without having to pay for another doctor's visit :( I've taken some pain killers and some anti-inflammatory's
