good sunday everyone :) tomorrow is the start of another working week :? so enjoy today!

Breakfast:
4 teaspoons of milo 180ml pura milk (200)

LUnch: spc spaghetti on toast (245)

Dinner: spaghetti bolognaise
herb bread home made (623)

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)
1x hundreds and thousands bikkie (35)
1 orange (141)

2-3 litres of water

Total: 1245

Breaky- Caramel CS shake
Lunch- Strawberry CS shake
Dinner- Grilled chicken, grilled veg, salad

Hope everyone's having a nice sunny sunday :D

Breakfast- cup of milo with skim milk, small banana

At church- 1 milk arrowroot biscuit, black tea

Lunch- 4 x mixed grain toasties with sliced tasty cheese, 10 olives, small bowl of chicken & sweet corn soup, cup of ginger beer

Going to Pancake Parlour with a bunch of friends tonight... just drinking peppermint tea til then.

2am - 2 power wraps, one w. TVP mealoaf, 1 w. l/f cheese :oops:
8am - Bran protein pancake
11am - LSA pancake, coffee
1:30pm - Sushi rolls x2, Zilch icecream, Glass of wine
3pm - Bean salad
6:30pm - Pumpkin soup, Cheese 20g, Thai tofu w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
8pm - Bran muffin, Almonds
