nothing

Lunch
2 egg omelette
tomato & 1 tablespoon grated cheese

snack
plain skim yoplus yoghurt
1 cup of frozen blueberries

Dinner
meat
3 vege
1 spud

1 tubb of diced peaches

Breakfast
Apples x 2

Lunch
Chicken, avacado and onion crepe

Dinner
Stir fry bok choy, boiled brocolis, fresh tomatos and microwaved crab sticks (oven took too long and the veggies were getting cold..)

Breakfast
muesli with raspberries and LFM

Lunch
had to buy in town. They only had white bread :? so i had a white salad and egg sandwich for which I paid $5.50 :evil:

Dinner
2 lentil burgers, cooked tomato and spring onion hot salad and garden salad.

2 cocktails, small slice of fruit cake, cherries.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
