Saturday and Sunday were shockers with me food wise. Why does catching up with friends always revolve around food or drink?

Anyway today has been bad too. Have had way too much bread!

Breakfast:
 1/2 porridge made with water and vanilla essence
 2 wholemeal vegemite toast spread with low fat butter

Lunch:
 Ham and cheese toasted sandwich on wholemeal bread

Snack:
 2 scotch finger biscuits. They tasted gross but I still ate them
 20gs sultanas

Dinner:
 Don't know yet. Something healthy and nutritious to counter act all the bad food I've eaten today. I think I might make zucchini soup.

One of the most important aspects of me putting my food diary here as well as a paper copy was to be honest with myself about what goes in my mouth....I had considered not posting today's food diary as I had a rather large blow out in the evening, but kicked myself and reasoned that this would not be productive...I ate it, I should fess up....I let my emotions get the better of me over a situation (read PP section) and I know that I shouldn't have....

Brekkie:
1 coffee
1 WW fruit of the forest bar
(148)

Mid-morning:
1 milkyway
1 serve l/f cracker barrell vintage cheese with
1 serve greek feta and herb sakata crackers
(297)

Lunch:
3 slices soy and linseed bread
100g roast beef (deli)
(612)

Dinner:
WW Beef Cannelloni
steam fresh vege sachet
1 l/f ice cream slice
2 wafers
(466)

Evening:
1 milo
350g roast beef (deli) (it was me or the cow...I won  )

water: 3L

Daily total: 2203 / 2000

I went 203 cals over today...putting it into perspective is not that bad (not that good neither, but you know what I mean), but I was more angry at myself for letting my emotions get the better of me!

hey ally good on you for being honest about it. no one here is going to point the finger at you for being over your calories. you have been under your calories every day this week so i think that one day wont do any damage. keep your chin up
