Saturday and Sunday were shockers with me food wise. Why does catching up with friends always revolve around food or drink?
Anyway today has been bad too. Have had way too much bread!
1/2 porridge made with water and vanilla essence
2 wholemeal vegemite toast spread with low fat butter
Ham and cheese toasted sandwich on wholemeal bread
2 scotch finger biscuits. They tasted gross but I still ate them
Don't know yet. Something healthy and nutritious to counter act all the bad food I've eaten today. I think I might make zucchini soup.
