howdy everyone second day into the week :) have a good one

Breakfast: wendys 97% fat free banana smoothie (441)

Lunch: turkey and lite cheese sandwich on rye (326)

Dinner: shepards pie (313)

SNacks: ww cookies and cream cup (104)
2 x coke zeros (2)
30g red licorice (103)
2-3 litres of water

8am - Small banana, Bran protein pancake, Pumpkin slice
11am - Oatmeal pancake
2pm - Pumpkin soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich
4pm - Almonds x15
6:30pm - Tofu and veggies, Another bran muffin, Diet jelly, 2 squares sugar-free chocolate, Hot cocoa


Total 7800kJ :(

1/2 cup porridge oats
1/4 cup f/c milk
2 tsps raw sugar
2 coffees

Mid-morning:
1 serve sakata greek feta and herb crackers
1 apple

Lunch:
WW Peppered Steak Meal

Mid-Afternoon:
1 banana
200g l/f tropical yoghurt

Dinner:
Mixed Grill - 1 small pce steak, 1 sausage, 2 small pork ribs (very lean)
1 small serve steamed potato
1 sachet steam fresh vegetables

Evening:
1 WW Fruit of the Forest Bar

Water: 3.5L

Daily Calories: 1932 / 2000

I am really craving meat this last couple of days!! Hopefully a good sign for me :)

Will we ever be able to edit our own posts? I know I've had to message quite a few admin for little things I can usually change on other forums... also makes it easier to update food diary like Kate does. Just an idea :oops: :)

The plan for the day is-

breaky- isowhey shake, lge coffee 1 apple

lunch 130gms of salmon steak and chilliand lime stir-fry veg with 2 slices of mountinbread grilled until crispy

dinner-140gms of beef withmushrooms green beans and lots of garlic

Ivehad 1.5L water so far today will aim for 3L
