12am - Power wrap w. tuna, Bran muffin
5am - 100g diet yoghurt
8am - Small apple, Bran protein pancake, Pumpkin slice
11am - Mushroom egg white omelette
2pm - Pumpkin soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich
5:30pm - Tofu & veg stir fry
9pm - Diet jelly

Breakfast: 2 crumpet toasts with a teaspoon of honey (211)

Lunch: 1 turkey sandwich with lite cheese on white (248)

Dinner: grilled steak, potato, pumpkin, broccoli and mixed
vegies (316)

Snacks: ww cookies and cream cup (104)
20 cashews (166)- soooo yum n fresh
2 coke zeros (2)
1 slice of crumpet toast with honey (115)
1 jarrah (40)
1 furry friend (80)

2-3 litres of water

Total: 1287 calories

not the best day today, feeling really down about my weightloss and really didnt want to post my food diary as the day went on or add it to calorieking but tomorrow is a new day :?

5.30am - 2 crumpets and honey

10am - banana

lunch - 2 cruskits , ham, cheese and avocado
1 diet coke

3pm - mandarine

7pm - Pumpkin soup with 2 slices grain bread.
Mixed fruit platter

do i need to count the 3 cups of tea i have a day?
is this enough to cover the min calories a day?

The plan for the day today is=

breaky-isowhey shake and 2 x coffees

lunch-beef and sald wrap in mountain bread

dinner-baked chicken peices and roast zucinni, capsicum and onion

snack- 2 apples
water-3 L

Milo made with 3 teaspoon milo and 1 glass of skim milk

Lunch: 1x Banana shake

Snake: Mandarin
3x low cal drop lollies

Dinner: 1x chicken breast with 2 cups of vegetables.

Breakfast: Bowl of crunchy nut clusters :D skim milk

Snack: Scone with jam & cream, earl grey tea

Lunch: 6" roast chicken subway on wheat, starbucks grande skim milk latte

Snack: Strawberry milk tea with pearls

Dinner: 2 slices homemade salmon pizza, tiny bread roll, slice of bread (both with margarine), sip of coke

After dinner- White tea
