Macca's with the granddaughter for her birthday but I will just have the salad
Cuppaccino

Hot today 35 and 37 tomorrow :(

Boiled veggies + roast crab sticks + stir fry noodles

and some macca's chips off my brother ^^

4 peices of banana cake i baked myself

Breakfast
bowl of fruit with LFM

Lunch
1/2 lentil shepherd pie, 1/2 madras pie. 1 pc bread with peanut butter. 1 cap of dad's cocktail, 1 apricot

Dinner (at the bloke's sister's)
vege curry stew (no coconut cream). 2 choc royales, 2 shortbread, 1/2 glass apple cider
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
