well you press the whole meal bread down really flat and out them in a muffin pan and put them in the oven til theyre brown and crispy. then fill them with your savoury mince (just browned mince, onion, mixed vegies and gravy) and then top them with light cheese and chives and then put them back into the oven til the cheese melts. sort of comes out like open topped meat pies :) im just having them on their own because theyre filling enough but you could serve a salad or vegies with the parcels :)

Going to try "the hot diet" from MX... nothing cold or not heated except room temp water

Breakfast- Mug of skinny milk milo, 2 toasted bread rolls with margarine (400kj + 1500kj) = 1900kj

Snack- Large skinny milk latte = 700kj

Lunch- Sausage roll with sauce (1570kj + 70KJ) = 1640kj

Snack- Skinny milk tea = 100kj

Dinner- 99% fat free beef maggi noodles with lots of baby beans and corn (1100kj + 100kj + 200kj) = 1400kj

Been drinking Mt Franklin water all day...

= 5740kj... 740 over... sausage roll was probably a bad idea, but it was yum.
