Breakfast
1 egg
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 slice wholegrain toast
1 glass skim milk
1 large kiwi fruit
2 cups of coffee to wake me up

Image 3 glasses of water

Lunch
Tinned tuna in spring water
2 slices of wholegrain bread (toasted)
plain skim yoplus yoghurt
1 metric cup of frozen blueberries

Image 3 glasses of water

Dinner
curried prawns
steamed rice
carrots, brocolli, cauliflower
1 glass of skim milk

1 Chicken Drumstick
2 Salada Crackers with a little Vegimite

Dinner
Fresh Fish
Lettuce Salad
Rockmelon

Snacks
Seeds
Mt/Bread Chips
1 Natural Icy Pole (sugar free)

Qiush (or however you spell it) with garden salad

Dinner
Rice with chicken, tofu and egg soup

Fay, you poor girl, how are your little birds managing in all that heat? Image

I ended up eating 2 freddo frogs. not because I was hungry, not because I was emotional but just pure and simply because it tastes nice and it was there Image how stupid of me to set myself on the backward trail like that.

heh Thanks Dolly... Wow i guess the weather is much worse where you are than here in Sydney, i think it was about high 20s to mid 30s maybe, but i was walking along the bay side so it was pretty cool wind...

Breakfast
fresh fruit salad and a little muesli with LFM. Cup of tea

Lunch
2 prawn kebabs, 2 chicken kebabs, 2 pc bread with tabouleh

Dinner
1/2 homity 1/2 hunza pie with salad. 3 cocktails.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
