Breakfast- mug of strawberry & apple juice (yum), bowl of Crunchy Nut clusters cereal with skinny milk (let's say umm 600kj + 900kj) = 1500kj
Lunch- toasted 6" roasted chicken subway on wheat bread (mayo, cheddar cheese, cucumber, tomato, carrot, pickles, olives, jalepenos), muffin break skinny latte (1800kj + 500kj) = 2300kj
Snack- mug of green tea with citrus, glass of sugarless creaming soda (15kj + 5kj) = 20kj
Dinner- Spaghetti with five brothers eggplant and parmesan sauce and sliced mushrooms (2500kj + 250kj) = 2750kj
Snack- sugarless creaming soda 20kjs
Thing to concentrate on tomorrow- having a breakfast and lunch of 1200kjs each.
My friend is coming over for a chat in a bit... but I will not snack (even though it's a tub of icecream and chick flick moment for her)
