hey all!! thank god its friday! have a great one!

Breakfast: 4 teaspoons of milo 180 ml milk (200)

Lunch: 2x eggs on toast (311)

Dinner: Spagetti on toast (299)

Snacks: 2x coke zero (2)
1x jarrah (40)
20 cashews (166)
aero mousse (66)

2-3 litres of water

total: 1085

1:30am - Power wrap w. l/f cheese
5am - Protein crunch 20g
8am - Small pear, Bran protein pancake, Pumpkin slice
9:30am - Almonds
11:30am - Mushroom egg white omelette
2pm - Cauli & broccoli soup, TVP & salad sandwich
5:30pm - Spinach & ricotta slice w. steamed veg
7pm - Freshly baked pumpkin protein slice (2 pieces MAX)
9pm - Diet jelly

Breakfast- mug of strawberry & apple juice (yum), bowl of Crunchy Nut clusters cereal with skinny milk (let's say umm 600kj + 900kj) = 1500kj

Lunch- toasted 6" roasted chicken subway on wheat bread (mayo, cheddar cheese, cucumber, tomato, carrot, pickles, olives, jalepenos), muffin break skinny latte (1800kj + 500kj) = 2300kj

Snack- mug of green tea with citrus, glass of sugarless creaming soda (15kj + 5kj) = 20kj

Dinner- Spaghetti with five brothers eggplant and parmesan sauce and sliced mushrooms (2500kj + 250kj) = 2750kj

Snack- sugarless creaming soda 20kjs

Thing to concentrate on tomorrow- having a breakfast and lunch of 1200kjs each.

My friend is coming over for a chat in a bit... but I will not snack (even though it's a tub of icecream and chick flick moment for her)

About to go out to lunch with the boy

I just asked the boy what he wanted and he said "PIZZAAAAAAAAAAAA... oh and can we get a muffin too??" haha <3 him :D

breaky- iso whey shake appleandcoffee

lunch- mountin bread and motzarella cheese melt YUMMO

dinner- beef and vege stirfry with chilli and lime and my sead mix and a bit of fruit :D

Breakfast: 1x chocolate shake

Snack: 1x apple, 5 Sakatas with Salsa

Lunch: 1x vanilla shake

Snack: 1x celery, 1x carrot slices with salsa

Dinner: eating out. Update when I get home.

Water: 1.5lts
