Breakfast = 1 mandarin, 1 tub custard and jelly, black coffee
MT = 1 tub custard and fruit
Lunch = english muffin, 2 slices fat free cheese, small apple, 100g creamed rice, black coffee
AT = 200g baked beans and sausages, black coffee
Dinner = honey teriyaki stirfry (no meat just veges and noodles), 1 piece of soy linseed toast & 20g peanut butter, diet coke
Supper = 2 pieces soy linseed toast & 20g nutella.
Total = 1800 calories (negative 850 calories according to CK) so pretty good effort.
