hello sunshine :)

Breakfast: 4 teaspoons of milo & 180ml pura milk
1 slice of white toast with honey

Lunch: half a sausage on a roll (charity sausage sizzle!!) and a fling bar (really yummy!) (482)

Dinner: cheese and tomato toasted sandwich (318)

Snacks: 2x coke zeros (2)
1 serve of red licorice (108)
ww cookies and cream (104)

2-3 litres of water
total: 1309

Breakfast I cooked Andy and I a nice omellete with mushooms and a sausage diced between us, no butter on my toast so I am set up well for the day

Breakfast = 1 mandarin, 1 tub custard and jelly, black coffee

MT = 1 tub custard and fruit

Lunch = english muffin, 2 slices fat free cheese, small apple, 100g creamed rice, black coffee

AT = 200g baked beans and sausages, black coffee

Dinner = honey teriyaki stirfry (no meat just veges and noodles), 1 piece of soy linseed toast & 20g peanut butter, diet coke

Supper = 2 pieces soy linseed toast & 20g nutella.

Total = 1800 calories (negative 850 calories according to CK) so pretty good effort.

Breakfast- mug of green tea with citrus x 2 30kj

Lunch- Salmon sushi box with 8 tiny sushi & 5 salmon sushi (no seaweed) + wasabi + 1 soy sauce 1500kj

Snack-Small plate of pasta with tuna and cheese 1800kj, Black tea x 2 10kj

Dinner- Multigrain bread x 4, slice of cheese x 2, avocado 2200kj

Snack mug of green tea with citrus 15kj

Daily total- 5555kj

I quit the Kate Morgan program since I was missing eating real food.

Breakfsat: 2x wheetbixs, 1 banana sliced and 1 cup Hilo milk

Lunch: KFC BBQ and bckon chicken burger and small chips

Dinner: 1x chicken, tomato and cheese sandwich toasted with oven baked chips.

:arrow: 1/3 cup porridge made with water, vanilla essence and cinnamon
:arrow: 1 glass freshly squeezed orange juice

:arrow: 1 celery stick with 1tsp of 100% peanut butter

:arrow: vegetable stir fry (2 slices sweet potato, celery, broccoli, 2 squash with sweet chilli sauce)

:arrow: 2 tbsp sultana

:arrow: steamed fish with salad and side serving of steamed veggies

GW1 - 70kgs
GW2 - 67kgs
GW3 - 60kgs
