Rice noodles with yentafo stock soup + veggies and some meatballs

Another HOT day it's 38 at the moment

The birds cope quite well Dolly if we leave them alone and not disturb them. It just means we can't feed them till about 6.30pm

Tropical Mango Smoothie

Dinner
Chicken Fillet
Lettuce Salad
Rockmelon

Breakfast
fruit, a little muesli, LFM

Lunch
2 toasted cheese and ham sandwiches (that was all that was on offer at the bloke's parents) 1 piece of fruit cake and a cup of tea

Dinner
Grilled rainbow trout and salad (the bloke ate all but a couple of the accompanying chips)

2 cocktails and a hot chocolate.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
