During night shift = 2 coffees, 4 cruskits with margarine and vegemite, 1 sandwich (quarter ham, quarter egg, quarter beef, quarter cheese).

There was pizza and choc cake in the fridge at work, and I spent the entire night desperately wanting some and drooling (quiet night so not enough to distract me) but managed to hold out.

Breakfast = 1 tub custard and jelly, tea.

Lunch = spaghetti bolognese, black coffee

AT = peanut butter sandwich, coffee, big bite of brownie (oops)

Dinner = 2 darrell lea pieces of chocolate

Breakfast- mug of green tea with citrus, tiny bowl of muesli, teaspoon of yogurt and skinny milk 15kj + 700kj = 715kj

Snack- black tea x 2 20kj

Lunch- 7 small mushrooms with 2 slices of cheese melted over them, 1 slice of multigrain toast with butter 150kj + 720kj + 307kj + 200kj ( :shock: completely underestimated that cheese...) 1377kj

Snack- mug of green tea with citrus x 2, 1/4 glass of sugarless creaming soda, 4 sliced strawberries 30kj + 5kj + 200kj = 235kj

Afternoon tea- 2 slices of multigrain toast with a tiny amount of butter, 1 slice of cheese and 7 small mushrooms (614kj + 200kj + 360kj + 150kj) = 1324kj

Dinner- (good thing I saved a lot of kjs because mum made a fantastic steak with gravy/seed mustard, rice and a salad). Also had a mug of green tea with citrus- 1800kj + 600kj + 100kj + 15kj = 2515kj

Well over my kjs for today. Would have been under, but I can't resist Mum's cooking :D

hope you're sunday is as good as mine- housework yay!!

Breakfast: 1 crumpet with lite canola marg and honey (126)
(was planning on having a banana smoothie but bananas arent ripe enough yet)

Lunch: bucket of hot chips 2 slices of white bread with lite canola marg (643)

Dinner: curried chicken & vegetables with rice (277)

Snacks: 2 x coke zeros (2)
20 cashews (166)

2-3 litres of water
total thus far: 1213
