Breakfast: 2x honey crumpets
3x teaspoons milo & 100ml milk (340)

Lunch: 2x boiled eggs with one slice of rye and spelt (263)

Dinner: pork medallion, broccoli, cauliflower, mixed veg & 1 tablespoon of mashed potato (186)

Snacks: 20 cashews (166)
2x coke zeros (2)
1 x jarrah (40)
1 furry friend (80)
3 saos with vegemite (123)

2-3 litres of water
total: 1200

BF = 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 tsp sugar, 1/2 cup lite milk, black coffee.

MT = 1 tub fruit and custard

Lunch = honey teriyaki vegetable stirfry, 50g lite cheese, black coffee, apple.

AT = 1/2 of a 6" roast beef subway roll, coffee

Dinner = 1/2 can baked beans and sausages, 4 cruskits, black coffee

Supper = 1 piece bread, 10g peanut butter, 55g turkish delight bar, tea

Total = 1812 calories (608 calorie deficit)

Breakfast:
Toast with Vegemite no marg (just cos we font have any hehe)
Lunch:
Baked Beans on Toast
Snack:
L/f Mixed Berry Yoghurt
Slice Low Fat Cheese
Dinner:
Steak diane (full fat cream :() Veges and Oven Baked CHips
Extra: 2 slice bread and marg to make chip buddies..
fruit salad and a bit of custard

i think where i failed for the day was dinner-i was absolutely starving so i ate the extra bread... i co9uld have eaten my left arm.

1am - Carb smart icecream (3 serves.... thought it was meant to be smart icecream, obviously didn't work on me!!)
8am - Small pear, Bran protein pancake, Pumpkin slice
11am - Mushroom egg white omelette, Almonds x15
2pm - Cauliflower soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich
5:30pm - Savoury tofu w. steamed veg, Brazil nuts x4
8:30pm - Diet jelly
10pm - Home made protein bar (damn big brother running late!)

Total 7500kJ for today

Breakfast:
:arrow: 1/2 cup porridge made with water, vanilla essence & cinnamon

Snack:
:arrow: half a low fat carrot muffin
:arrow: I celery stick with 1tsp 100% natural peanut butter

Lunch:
:arrow: 2 scoops of vegetable soup (made with tomatoes, broccoli, green beans, zucchini, celery, carrot, corn)

Snack:
:arrow: 2 tbsp of sultanas
:arrow: skinny hot chocolate and blueberry muffin (I shouldn't have but I did- emotional eating, not because I wanted it but because I was stressed :oops: :oops: :oops: )

Dinner:
:arrow: spinach quiche

9:00am- mug of green tea with citrus 15kj

10:30am- WW peach & cinnamon muffin, large skinny latte 964kj + 500kj (714kj for full cream so I assume it's around that) 1464kj

1:30pm- white tea with skim milk 75kj

3:15pm- 2 medium gluten-free sausages, small bowl of baby green beans, 2 small slices mixed grain bread with margarine (OMG the packet lied!!!! According to CK they're twice as many kjs!!! Grrr) 1500kj + 612kj + 150kj + 156kj = 2418kj

7:15pm- 1 large boiled egg, about 5 lettuce leaves, 2 pieces of green capsicum, mug of green tea with citrus 380kj + 50kj + 30kj +15kj = 475kj

Today's total (Day 1 of 12 day uber diet LOL)- 4447kj (1063 calories)

Well, Ive officially run out of shakes...Ive listed the optifast on ebay, so Im hoping to move them soon, but Im just really worried with all these shake diets that I will regain the weight when I go bwck to normal eating...SO today I am just going to eat healthy, and continue on with that ....a bit scary LOL but wish me luck! :D

lunch-tuna and salad on rivitas

dinner-lamb and veg inspicy sauce served with my sead mix

:arrow: pinched 1/4 a sausage roll from the kids at 4pm :x

Wow congrats yummymummy that sounds like a balanced day's food diary :) I'm impressed that you only had 1 coffee for the day and the rest water (I wish I could do that but I have green tea going into me like a drip at the moment :shock: ) I'm always interested to hear about what works for people- do you find yourself being less hungry having 3 straight meals instead of say, 5 smaller snack-type meals?

hi madeline!
3 meals a day works much better for me than 5 smaller meals cause I feel satisfied after each meal because theyre bigger and I just tell myself not to snack in between meals-I do tend to slip with my diet on weekends tho because Im slack and like the break!!
Yeah Im impressed with my cutting down of coffee I sometimes drink 5-6 cups a day and diet coke Ive stopped buying dietcoke lately :D
