I know it's not quite Tuesday yet but I wanted to do a plan to make it easier to make food decisions tomorrow (haha when I get a goal like the one in my progress diary, I get extremely driven :twisted: ) Also first diary with cal not kj

Today's eating plan worked very well for me, so the next couple of weeks will be loosely based around that.

7:00am- mug of green tea with citrus 4cal, 5 sliced strawberries 100cal, 1 sliced banana 93cal = 197cal

10:30am- mug of green tea with citrus 4cal

1:00pm- salmon 8 piece sushi pack with wasabi (no seaweed), 1 tobiko sushi handroll, 2 fishes soy sauce, 200mL coke. 360cal + 117cal + 4cal + 15cal + 90cal = 586cal

3:00pm- mug of green tea with citrus 4cal

4:15pm- mug of green tea with citrus 4cal

7:00pm- entree cajun chicken salad, glass of diet coke, 1/2 bottle san pellagrino water(the bf took me out for dinner and a movie) 200cal

Daily total- 1000cal

breakfast:l/f Cheese on a Salada with a bit of dijonaise (600kjs)

Lunch: Baked Beans on 2 Salada's(1260 kjs)

Snack:Milo and skim milk(850kjs) that really sucks... but my yoghurt looked yucky so i didnt eat it.

that gives me 3000 kjs for dinner... probably wont need that much... 1 slice of pita is like 750 kjs or something...

Dinner: Pita Pizza's !!!!! YUMMMOOO

how does that look... can anyone imform me whether i am making good choices

hehe it looks ok hon, but I have to ask- do you not have any drinks in a day apart from water? They add more to your kjs than people think... :?

i just drink water.. sometimes i have a glass of coke with dinner.. but usually just water.. the water cooler at work calls me lol...

hehe there's a spring water cooler thing right near me too (i'm at work atm). Aren't they great? :) Ok well the only way I can really tell if someone's eating plan is good or not is:

1) go to calorieking and put down the values (do you have your daily intake worked out yet?)

2) Make sure it includes fruit, grains, meat, veggies and a tiny bit of dairy.

3) Include as much non-processed (i.e. not from a box, packet, etc) food as possible.

It takes a while to figure out the values when you first do it, but if you find yourself eating some of the same things every day it gets quicker :D

Breakfast: one slice of toast with honey and a milo (222)

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs and 1 slice of rye and spelt (263)

Dinner: rissoles with broccoli, potato and mixed veg (340)

Snacks: 1 jarrah (40)
2 x coke zeros (2)
3x saos with vegemite- with marg (147)
20 cashews (166)
1 aero mousse (104)

2-3 litres of water
total: 1285

5am - Diet yoghurt 200g
7am - Small banana, Bran protein pancake
9am - Pumpkin slice, Almonds x12
11am - Oatmeal pancake
2pm - Velish soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich
5pm - Spinach & ricotta slice w. steamed veggies, Brazil nuts x4, ok now wait for it..... 45g almonds and a whole HPLC bar :( :(
9pm - Diet jelly (can't beleive I had room for that!)

Well, it would be uncool to start off a new month with excess food in my pantry now wouldn't it :roll: Gosh I hate me!!

BF = 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 tsp sugar, 1/2 cup full cream milk, black coffee

MT = Ham & Cheese Sandwich, coffee, bite of sponge cake

Lunch = Honey Mustard chicken and hokkein noodles

AT = 1 mandarin, 1 apple, 1 tub custard and jelly, 1 small freddo frog, black coffee (after a 35km ride, so I was starving) :shock: :D

Dinner = 1 pk maggi spaghetti, 1 small apple, black coffee, 2 bites spaghettis bolognese

Supper = 1 turkish delight, tea

Total = 2075 (577 calorie deficit)
