rice with vegetarian toppings (soybean curd in black bean sauce and asian curry) and a few bites of the bloke's berry pancake berries (none of the cream and icecream though)
2 apricots (1 was so yummy, I just had to check they were really that good
) and a 4-5 grapes
chicken vegie stirfry (minimal oil) on rice (I find putting fresh pineapple and ginger in this increases the flavour a hundred fold). 4-5 grapes, cup of tea, 1 square 85%cocoa choccie
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
