Happy New Year!!!!

Breakfast
porridge (oats, water LFM) topped with a little extra LFM, LSA and a bit of golden syrup. cup of tea.

Lunch at the Taste
rice with vegetarian toppings (soybean curd in black bean sauce and asian curry) and a few bites of the bloke's berry pancake berries (none of the cream and icecream though)

Snack
2 apricots (1 was so yummy, I just had to check they were really that good  ) and a 4-5 grapes

Hi Kim,
Your dinner looks good, and the yoghurt for lunch is good (assuming good portion size). I'd watch the breakfast though. Those fast food 'foods' are highly processed, full of fats and sugars and just bound to give you problems. If that was just a one off thing, don't worry about it overly much, but if it's a fairly regular thing, that would be the first thing I'd suggest to look at.
