whoohoo! its August! one month of winter left :)

Breakfast: 1 slice of toast with honey
1 milo (246)

Lunch: 4 saos with tomato and light cheese (274)

Dinner: spaghetti on toast (rye and spelt) (299)

Snacks: 1 jarrah (40)
2 coke zeros (2)
20 cashews (166)
1 hundreds and thousands bikkie (35)

2-3 litres of water

total: 1062

Pinch and a punch for the first day of the month hahaha :D

8am - Small banana, Vanilla FibreX pancake, Home made protein bar
11am - Mushroom egg white omelette
2pm - Cauliflower soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich
5:30pm - Savoury tofu w. steamed veg
8pm - Diet jelly, Pumpkin protein slice, Half serve of bran

7300kJ and 55g carbs

happy august y'all :wink:

I'm feeling very loved right now, me and the boy had a perfect date yesterday with a lovely dinner and a trip to the movies (haha we've been going out for over 3 years but every date is still special to me. he was such a gentleman! he had his arm around me the whole night, and I WAS SMALL! he kept picking me up and hugging me, and i could see it was much less effort than before my WL journey... I don't think he even knew he was doing it :D ).

Feeling so so empowered to keep going.

9:30am- mug of green tea 4cal

11:00am- 8 piece salmon sushi pack, wasabi, soy sauce, 600mL bottle of diet coke 380cal

2:00pm- large Gloria Jeans skinny latte 186cal

4:00pm- Mrs Fields butterscotch nut cookie 167cal

6:00pm- 2 slices of vegetarian pizza 270cal

7:30pm- mug of green tea 4cal

Total- 1011cal

mountin bread toasted sandwich with tomato, zuchinni, onion,mushroom l/f cheese grilled until crispy yummo


grilled fish with thai spices and side of steamed veg with my seads, ww hotchoc

about 2.5L water
