Morning girlies :D

7:30am- 200g Yoplait Lite "Field Strawberries" yogurt, mug of green tea with citrus 188cal + 4 cal = 192cal

10:00am- Large skinny latte, 4 tic tacs 132cal

12:00pm- 6" veggie delite subway on wheat (extras: small amount mayo, 2 slices cheddar cheese), extra gum 229 + 44 + 4 = 277cal

4:00pm- 2 slices white bread, can of salsa tuna, black tea 303cal

6:00pm- mug of green tea with citrus 4cal

7:30pm- 2 wicked wings & some chips 262cal + 150cal = 412cal

Total- 1320 cal :cry: :cry: :cry: going to be doing situps all night, and flushing it out with water.

not such a good morning here- niece was in a car accident :(

Breakfast: 1 slice of toast with honey & a milo (246)

Lunch: 4 saos with tomato and cheese with lite marg (298)

Dinner: Kate's Stew (340)
helgas light rye (163)


Snacks:
1 jarrah (40)
20 cashews (166)
2 x coke zero(2)

2-3 litres of water

total: 1254

Oh no! Kate I hope your neice is okay :shock:

5am - Half serve bran plus, 100g natural yoghurt
8am - Small pear, Mocha FibreX pancake, Home made protein bar
11am - Vanilla egg white pancake
2pm - Cauliflower soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich
6pm - L/f cheese 25g, Fish w. steamed veg
8pm - Diet jelly

Total 6500kJ pending after dinner picking. Max 50g carbs again, which works out to 13% of total calories... not much hey :roll:

( i will either have my orange or reheat some left over noodles if there are any)

Dinner:

CW:75kg
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Next mini goal:73kg

breaky-

200gms low fat yougurt(the ww ones)coffee
and a tiny slice of choc caramal slice BAD i know hubby made it yesterday and I was putting it in to the kids lunch box to get it away from me and a piece fell in my mouth- I promise :?

lunch-

maybe a maccas chicken and salad if Im still out

dinner-

something with beef and mushrooms

Kate - I hope your niece is ok! What a terrible way to start the morning!

BREAKFAST:
3/4 cup Just Right
1/2 cup skim milk
Peppermint tea

SNACK:
1 Banana

LUNCH:
Turkey and Salad Sandwich

SNACK:
Diet Coke
Grapes

DINNER:
1 Carrot
1/2 Cup sugar snap peas
65g chicken breast with onion, curry paste and skim milk (healthy curry, lol)
1/8 cup (uncooked) rice

TOTAL: 1,283
WATER: 2L (well by tonight it will be!)

Exercise makes you hungry! Lol. :oops:
