BF = 1 english muffin, 20g peanut butter, black coffee

MT = 140g tub custard & fruit, black coffee

Lunch = 210g watties baked beans & sausages, 25g l/f cheese, 2 slices mighty soft white bread, black coffee

AT = 2 hard boiled eggs, black coffee

Dinner = 1 serve honey mustard chicken & hokkein noodles, 375ml diet coke

Supper = mug of tea, 125ml diet jelly

TOTAL = 1666 cals (933cal deficit)
32% cals from fat, 22% protein, 46% carbs

AND NO PICKING FROM THE FRIDGE (let's see how it goes)

Breakfast: 1 slice of light rye with honey and a milo (276)

Lunch: stew pies (457)

Dinner: left over stew (339)

SNacks:
1 aero peppermint mousse (104)
1 orange (144)

2-3 litres of water

total: 1355

Better plan the whole day today :? Changes to food plan due to changes in plan for the day. Late night shopping!!! Extra exercise eh :D

10:00am- mug of green tea with citrus 4cal

12:30pm- kfc original fillet burger 506cal

4:00pm- 1 1/2 teacups of cooked pasta with small amount of grilled eggplant and parmesan sauce 280cal + 70cal = 350cal

6:00pm- 1 1/2 teacups of cooked pasta with small amount of grilled eggplant and parmesan sauce 280cal + 70cal = 350cal

Total- 1210cal

tuna and steamed vege in balsamic vinigar and EVOO

late night snack at 11pm :cry: -

2 slices of pizza hut pizza--bummer but my food choices were so boring during the day I was weak and needed to taste something and hubby giving me greif so was sad and lonely so I also had a large scotch and diet coke.
