Breakfast: 1 slice of toast with honey & a milo (246)

Lunch: chicken breast n veg (338)

4 slices of pizza (886)

Snacks: 2 jarrahs (80)
2 coke zeros (2)
i fling bar (164)

2-3 litres of water

total: 1715 of 1520 :P

Had a lovely daytrip in Rosebud with the boy. Put the diet aside for a day, it was too romantic to be counting cals! :D

Breakfast: 2 x butter croissants, banana, mug of green tea with citrus

Lunch: 1 potato cake, about 20 chips and a couple of bites of flake (fish and chips in a cute little shop), diet coke in glass bottle (tastes SO much better, might be psychological but still!), 2 tic tacs

Afternoon tea: Large skinny latte

Dinner: Big plate of spaghetti bolognaise

Dessert: 5 'chocolate eclair' candies

Total cals: Way too many :D
