Breakfast: 1 piece of honey toast- banana smoothie shared with moo (350)

Lunch: spaghetti on toast (said no to the leftover pizza)

Dinner: chicken breast with taco sauce and sour cream- broccoli cauli and mixed vegies (231)

SNacks: 2 x coke zero (2)

2-3litres of water

total: 852

Procrastinating... uni assignment due tomorrow morning, really should start soon :oops:

9:15am- 1/2 bread roll, 1/2 mug of milo with skim milk (was in a rush so didn't finish either)

11:30am- 1 scotch finger biscuit, 1 ginger biscuit, white coffee

1:00pm- 2 cups of cooked pasta, eggplant & parmesan sauce, mug of green tea with citrus, a few sips of coke

5:00pm- Grande Starbucks skinny latte, Muffin Break blueberry muffin

7:00pm- 2 piece of roast chicken, 4 cooked broccoli, mug of green tea with citrus, a few sips of coke

:arrow: 3/4 cup Weight Watchers tropical cereal
:arrow: 1/2 cup skim milk
:arrow: 1 green tea

Snack:
:arrow: 1 cup skim milk, 1 small banana, 1 scoop protein powder(blended to make a yummy banana milk shake)

Lunch:
:arrow: bowl of vegetable soup

Dinner:
:arrow: steak with salad.
