I'M BAAACK! (yes I absconded for a few days due to work work work all the time)
BF = 2 pieces white toast, 10g olive grove margarine, 10g vegemite, black coffee
MT = 4 Vive crispbread, 30g avocado, 1 medium mandarin
Lunch = 1 birds eye steamfresh lemon fish, 1 packet steamfresh veges, black coffee
AT = 1 cup milo cereal, 1/2 cup light milk, 1 cup of tea
Dinner = cottage pie
