fingers crossed for a better week

Breakfast: 1 slice of toast with honey (118)
1 banana smoothie (228)

Lunch: 2 slices of toast with spc spaghetti (269)

Dinner: spagetti bol (511)

Snacks: 2 coke zeros (2)
1 jarrah (40)

2-3 litres of water
total: 1168

I'M BAAACK! (yes I absconded for a few days due to work work work all the time)

BF = 2 pieces white toast, 10g olive grove margarine, 10g vegemite, black coffee

MT = 4 Vive crispbread, 30g avocado, 1 medium mandarin

Lunch = 1 birds eye steamfresh lemon fish, 1 packet steamfresh veges, black coffee

AT = 1 cup milo cereal, 1/2 cup light milk, 1 cup of tea

Dinner = cottage pie

After my crazy eating this weekend Im determined to be back on track. The plan for today is-

BREAKY-[color=blue]yougurt and coffee

LUNCH-mountin bread wrap of tuna and salad

DINNER-sml steak and veg and sead mix [/color]

:arrow: 1 granny smith apple
:arrow: 1 green tea

:arrow: MYO veggie wrap - lettuce, tomato, carrot, alfalfa, beetroot, avocado
:arrow: skinny hazelnut latte

:arrow: beef and vegetable stir fry

Water intake:
:arrow: my usual 3 cups green tea and 6 glasses of water

GW1 - 70kgs
GW2 - 67kgs
GW3 - 60kgs

8am - Small apple, Mocha pancake, Pumpkin protein slice
10:30am - Mushroom egg white omelette
12pm - Cauliflower soup
2pm - TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich on empower bread
5:30pm - Tuna steak w. steamed veg
7:30pm - Freshly baked pumpkin slice (2 pieces :oops: )
9pm - Diet jelly, 100g diet yoghurt

7:00am- bowl of special K with skim milk, mug of milo with skim milk

11:30am- large skinny latte, 6" chicken fillet subway on wheat bread

5:00pm- big bowl of pasta with Primavera pasta sauce, mug of green tea with citrus

7:00pm- 2 kit kats :D

8:30pm- more pasta, another kit kat oops.
