During night shift - 10 potato chips, 4 vive crispbread & 20g tzatziki dip, 2 coffees, 40g just right and 1/2 cup light milk.
Breakfast = 2 pieces white bread, 20g peanut butter, 1 cup tea
Lunch = 2 slices white bread, leftover savoury mince, black coffee
Calories so far = not sure I really wanna know. But at least it aint a binge!
Actually just did the calorie tally, and it's 1200 so far, which is better than what I expected it would be!
For Dinner I am planning on having some steamed zucchini and mushroom
