Breakfast: a slice of toast with honey & milo (246)

Lunch: toasted ham cheese and tomato sandwich on light rye (291)

Dinner: left over spag bol (511)

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)
1 x jarrah (40)
2x saos with lite cnaola marg and vegemite (108)
2-3 litres of water

total: 1198 thus far

Breakfast:
:arrow: 3/4 cups weight watchers cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk
:arrow: 1 short black (no sugar)

Lunch:
:arrow: Vegetable soup
:arrow: 1 serving of grapes

Dinner:
:arrow: Spinach and low fat ricotta pastry with salad and steamed vegies (broccoli, cauliflower and green beans)

Drinks: :arrow: Aiming for 2L of water today

Bit of a different day for me today... here's the plan:

12pm(?) - Yet another piece of pumpkin slice, how embarassing :(
8am - Small banana, 60g serve bran plus
9am - Well naturally sugar-free dark chocolate... yum!
11am - Salad mountain bread wrap, Pumpkin & cauliflower soup
2pm - Veggie stir fry
5:30pm - Steamed veg w. mushroom sauce
8:30pm - Cauliflower soup

Total should be around the 5000kJ mark (low). Should come in under 100g carbs as well...

7:30am- 2 mugs of milo with heaps of milo in them

9:00am- White tea

12:45pm- salmon sushi pack (8 pieces), tobiko handroll, mug skinny latte

4:00pm- bundaberg diet ginger beer- yum!

7:00pm- tiny bowl of pasta with pasta sauce

8:00pm- 1 slice capricosa pizza, 4 pieces garlic bread, hot chocolate

9:00pm- diet coke

Breaky- oats, low fat milk, 1 tbls sultanas

Lunch- Homemade soup (gotta get to the shop to buy ingredients!:D lol)

A/t- Apple, maybe crackers and dip

Dinner- Grilled chicken, rice, mixed vegies

Dessert- low fat yoghurt, fruit

3 litres water
1 can caffiene free coke

BREAKFAST-

isowhey shake and lge coffee

LUNCH-

curried eggs and salad wrap


DINNER
-

baked zuchinni, capsicum,tomato, mushrooms and onion and chicken breast

At work a patient gave me a box of roses so I ate 4 of those and gave the rest away

:roll: During night shift - 10 potato chips, 4 vive crispbread & 20g tzatziki dip, 2 coffees, 40g just right and 1/2 cup light milk.

:shock: Breakfast = 2 pieces white bread, 20g peanut butter, 1 cup tea

:roll: Lunch = 2 slices white bread, leftover savoury mince, black coffee

:oops: Calories so far = not sure I really wanna know. But at least it aint a binge!

Actually just did the calorie tally, and it's 1200 so far, which is better than what I expected it would be! :D

For Dinner I am planning on having some steamed zucchini and mushroom
