Okey dokey, here is the plan for today -
Breakfast = 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2tsp sugar, 1/2 cup light milk, black coffee.
MT = 1 small apple, 1 medium mandarin, 5 pitted prunes
Lunch = 150g lean steak, 150g zucchini, 3 fresh asparagus stalks, 150g sweet potato all baked in the oven together, black coffee
AT = 2 jam rollettes, 10 nacho cheese shapes, 20g dip, coffee (had afternoon tea out)
Dinner = 2 slices rye bread, 25g shredded cheese, 20g salami. Diet coke
Supper = mug of tea, 2 pieces white bread & 20g Nutella (told myself I could have a bar of chocolate but I actually turned it down in favour of a sandwich because I knew the choc wouldn't fill me up enough)
1-2 litres water
Total = 1800 cals
Am trying to keep the processed carbs and foods to a minimum - they are very addictive for me.
