breakfast: slice of honey toast and a milo (246)

Lunch: toasted ham cheese and tomato on light rye (291)

Dinner: grilled steak, mixed veg, broccoli and a small spud with ww lite sour cream (360)

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)

2-3 litres of water

total: 897

Okey dokey, here is the plan for today -

8) Breakfast = 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2tsp sugar, 1/2 cup light milk, black coffee.

8) MT = 1 small apple, 1 medium mandarin, 5 pitted prunes

8) Lunch = 150g lean steak, 150g zucchini, 3 fresh asparagus stalks, 150g sweet potato all baked in the oven together, black coffee

8) AT = 2 jam rollettes, 10 nacho cheese shapes, 20g dip, coffee (had afternoon tea out)

8) Dinner = 2 slices rye bread, 25g shredded cheese, 20g salami. Diet coke

8) Supper = mug of tea, 2 pieces white bread & 20g Nutella (told myself I could have a bar of chocolate but I actually turned it down in favour of a sandwich because I knew the choc wouldn't fill me up enough)

1-2 litres water

Total = 1800 cals

Am trying to keep the processed carbs and foods to a minimum - they are very addictive for me.

Ok last night I ate.... a small tin of tuna, one home made protein bar, 2 pieces of my pumpkin protein slice and a rather large piece of freshly baked empower bread with cream cheese (gosh is this the food diary or the confessional section?? :oops: )

Starting again today, here goes....

8am - Small pear, Mocha pancake, coffee
9am - Pumpkin protein slice, tea
11am - Vanilla oatmeal pancake
2pm - Pumpkin soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich
5:30pm - Fish fillet w. steamed veg
8:30pm - Diet jelly

9:00am- pink lady apple, mug of green tea with citrus

11:00am- 6" roast chicken subway on wheat, 600mL diet coke, large skinny latte

5:00pm- quiche lorraine, small skinny latte

7:00pm- maccas cheesburger

8:30pm- 2 kitkats, mug of green tea with citrus

:arrow: fruit salad with yogurt and honey(1 large Granny Smith Apple, 1 orange, 1 handful of red grapes and 3 tbsp of LF Greek Yogurt)
:arrow: 1 slice soy & linseed bread with Vegemite and WW cheese.
:arrow: 1 green tea


:arrow: Tuna salad (1 small tin of Smoked tuna, lettuce, tomato, carrots, capsicum, cucumber, bean sprouts and beetroot)


:arrow: Mushroom Risotto
:arrow: side serve of steam veggies


:arrow: 3 cups green tea
:arrow: 2L water

GW1 - 70kgs
GW2 - 67kgs
GW3 - 60kgs
