Yay, Thursday! Last day of the week for me. I'm off to the Breakthrough to Success seminar tomorrow, for three days (so I won't get to come on here
Now I really think I should start posting my food diary in the confessional section... really!
Last night after dinner I ate a bag of protein crisps, a protein delite bar, and a couple of servings of carb smart icecream. I had a doctor ice a wart kind of thing on my foot, so I'm blaming the binge on shock! So then what do I do? Go to bed for about 10mins, get up ate one of my spinach and ricotta pies (see recipe section), then opened another bag of protein crisps and took that back to bed with me and ate it in bed before finally going to sleep!!! Oh dear
The plan for today, which I WILL stick to (no editing for me today!)
8am - Small banana, Bran protein pancake, Pumpkin slice
11am - Mushroom omelette
2pm - Pumpkin soup, TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich on empower bread
5pm - Almonds x12
7pm - Spinach & ricotta pies w. steamed veg
8pm - Diet jelly
While I'm here, let's get a headstart on the weekend. For the next three days, the basic plan's gonna be:
7am - Breakky (most likely bran with vanilla protein powder and diet yoghurt, mighn't have time for pancake making!)
10am - Home made protien bar, coffee
1pm - TVP meatloaf & salad sandwich on empower bread
3:30pm - Pumpkin protein slice, and more coffee if I have any left!
7:30pm - Either bean salad and tuna, or I will buy something healthy from the food court. Hoping to go out for dinner on Sunday night. Possible glass of wine, only one though.
9pm - Almonds
11pm - Late night snack (Fri & Sat only)
That shouldn't go over the 6500kJ mark
