BF = 1 cup milo cereal, 1/2 cup lite milk, mug of white coffee
MT = 140g tub custard and jelly
Lunch = 1 chicken drumstick, chicken tonight curry sauce, 200g sweet potato, 100g zucchini, small apple, white coffee
AT = 2 ryvita, 25g shredded cheese, 1 muesli bar
Dinner = 87.5g (dry weight) pasta, 1/4 packet vegie delights mince, 25g light cheese, 30g packet walnuts, cashews, almonds, diet coke
Supper = 84g betty crocker triple chocolate brownie
Total calories = 2100 (seems a lot but will be doing heaps of exercise)
At least that's the plan anyway.
I'm also going to add my exercise here, because I'm too lazy to add it into the exercise section!
Here's what I am going to do today -
gym - 20 min light weights and 1.5km running @ 10kph
swim - 1km
walk - 2.5km
