Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with honey (193)

Lunch: turkey tomato and light cheese on light rye bread (270)

Dinner: home made chicken and vegetable curry pies (366)

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)
1 x jarrah (40)
2x saos with vegemite (108)

2-3 litres water

totaL: 978

:!: BF = 1 cup milo cereal, 1/2 cup lite milk, mug of white coffee

:!: MT = 140g tub custard and jelly

:!: Lunch = 1 chicken drumstick, chicken tonight curry sauce, 200g sweet potato, 100g zucchini, small apple, white coffee

:!: AT = 2 ryvita, 25g shredded cheese, 1 muesli bar

:!: Dinner = 87.5g (dry weight) pasta, 1/4 packet vegie delights mince, 25g light cheese, 30g packet walnuts, cashews, almonds, diet coke

:!: Supper = 84g betty crocker triple chocolate brownie

Total calories = 2100 (seems a lot but will be doing heaps of exercise)

At least that's the plan anyway.

I'm also going to add my exercise here, because I'm too lazy to add it into the exercise section!

Here's what I am going to do today -
30km ride
gym - 20 min light weights and 1.5km running @ 10kph
swim - 1km
walk - 2.5km

7:00 - shredded wheat with sultanas, strawberries, wheat bran (in case there wasn't enough already :P) and banana

9:30 - fruit and nuts

11:45 - a hunk of left over putanesca bread (olive, sundried tomato capsicum etc)

1:00 - left over risotto

5:00 - mandarine and some chips and dip

6:30 - bowl cereal, corn on the cob, 2 slices toast

8:00 - 30min skipping and 10 min stretching

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)

Have decided not to obsess over my diet anymore... see if that makes my headaches/hunger pangs go away

10am- bowl of homemade fried rice, mug of green tea with citrus, banana

12pm- 2 calamari rings, about 15 chips and small piece of fish, 390ml coke

4pm- can of diet coke

6:30pm- bowl of pasta with primavera sauce, 1/2 cup of apple/strawberry juice

7:00pm- 2 donuts (one choc, one strawberry), mug of green tea and citrus

going out now... not another bite of food tonight :? :shock:

OMG didn't have dinner till 9:30pm :shock: We got to the restaurant at 8:30- it was so full they packed us into the bar. I have to say I had more of a liquid dinner (1 G&T, 2 wines) :twisted: :twisted: I broke my pledge not to have alcohol for the month of August.

:arrow: I made a healthy selection of Lamb salad (and asked them not to sprinkle olive oil over it :D ).

:arrow: 2L of water
:arrow: 3 cups green tea

GW2 - 67kgs
GW3 - 60kgs
