Happy Saturday everyone!

:idea: BF = 2 pieces rye bread, 20g roast beef, 25g shredded cheese, white coffee

:idea: MT = 2 prunes, 140g tub custard & fruit

:idea: Lunch = 1 tandoori chicken drumstick, 150g sweet potato, 100g zucchini, 25g grated cheese

:idea: AT = (during my bike race) 250ml cordial, 2 fruit bars

:idea: Dinner = 87g (dry weight) pasta, 1/4 packet vegie mince, 1tbs sour cream

Supper = 50g chocolate peanut bar, 1 ryvita, 1tsp honey, mug of tea

Total cals = 2000

:arrow: Exercise = 30km cycling race (yeouch it was fast), 2.5km walking

:arrow: Grilled fish with tomato and basil sauce with vegies (cauliflower, carrots and green beans)
:arrow: Greek salad (full fat goats cheese, sun dried tomatoes, black olives)
:arrow: 1 scoop organic soy ice-cream with a small piece chocolate brownie :oops: :oops:

10:00am- mug of green tea with citrus

12:15pm- mug of green tea with citrus

1:30pm- salmon sushi pack and starbucks soy chai latte

4:30pm- muffin break apple bran and sultana muffin

5:30pm- mug of green tea with citrus

7:00pm- small bowl of rice, thai beef and lettuce, mug of diet coke

not the healthiest of days but still under cals for the day

1 choc top (155)
1 boneless piece of chicken and regular chips from kfc (600)
1 jarrah (40)
2 coke zeros (2)
1/2 fling bar (82)

2-3 litres of water

total: 879

8:30 - shredded wheat with banana

walking around town and the market during the morning

11:00 - homity pie

3:00 - 2 pieces bread with marmite

7:30 - baked vegies
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
