Morning,

Breakfast
bowl of fruit (apricot, strawberries, cherries, grapes, banana) and no-fat yoghurt. The juice/kelp/dolomite mix.

Lunch
leftover chicken vege stirfry and rice and 1 choc coated coffee bean

snack
a few grapes, 1 apricot and 1/2 a square of 85% cocoa chocolate

Dinner
2 lentil burgers with salad and home-made tomato relish, a few grapes and a bite of 85% cocoa chocolate.

Still craving chocolate, so i'll make myself a cup of hot chocolate (cocoa, 1/2 tsp sugar, LFM and hot water)

I don't think having just veg for tea would be unhealthy. Far from it, as long as you get your protein and grains etc during the day elsewhere. I quite regularly do baked or steamed vegies just by themselves

Hi Marie, you didn't offend, it was a good question. A lot of people believe that having a little from each food group at each meal is important. But Tegan is right, I recently found that my body responds better to losing fat when I eat something from each food group throughout the day.
