leftover chicken vege stirfry and rice and 1 choc coated coffee bean
a few grapes, 1 apricot and 1/2 a square of 85% cocoa chocolate
2 lentil burgers with salad and home-made tomato relish, a few grapes and a bite of 85% cocoa chocolate.
Still craving chocolate, so i'll make myself a cup of hot chocolate (cocoa, 1/2 tsp sugar, LFM and hot water)
