right. today i am having a day where i will eat within my calories. no more using totm headaches and general loss of energy as an excuse to eat like a piglet and not exercise.

breakfast: 2 crumpets with marg, glass of skinny milk

snack: med skinny cap, 1 x kiwi fruit, 1 x sml banana

3/4 serve of hokkien noodles with chicken

dinner:chicken wings, steamed carrot & broccoli, baked tomato

snack:glass of orange juice

Breakfast: 2 slices of honey toast & a milo (321)

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs & soldiers (toast) (242)

Dinner:2 serves of annette syms chicken pizziola (466)

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)
20 cashews (166)
1 furry friend (80)

2-3 litres of water

*damn just went to cut up my mushies for the pizziola and theyve gone off (my fridge was too cold on the weekend and everything froze lol) i was really looking forward to mushies on it too *sigh*

total: 1132

8:15 - 45min jog (approx 5km I think)

9:20 - shredded wheat with extra bran, strawberry and sultanas. After waiting 1/2 hour to be sure, I had 2 of my muesli bars. I was famished!!!

11:00 - 2 slices toast with low fat philli and turkey breast

2:00 - leftover zucchini slice and some grapes

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Brekky: 2 x slices wholemeal toast with marg & vegemite (188)
Coffee with lite milk & 1 sugar (40)

Snack: Celery Sticks with hommus (60)

Lunch: toasted wholemeal sandwich with chicken breast and lite cheese (237)
Apple (72)

Snack: Carrot Sticks with hommus (100)

Dinner:roast lamb with potatoes, pumpkin, steamed peas & Gravox gravy (460).
Peppermint Magnum (274)

Total: 1431

I just went to have my orange and realised i left them at home :(

Day 3 of fruit diet- aka SUSHI DAY lol (I had 10 sushi handrolls... good thing most of them were cheap cause I got them at the end of day, otherwise that would have been over $20 worth of sushi hehe) :D hmm... that's a sh-load of kjs... i'm going to put faith in this diet though, tomorrow fruit and veg only

9:30am- 4 strawberries, 1 baby apple, mug of green tea

11:30am- 2 avocado & 1 cucumber sushi at shops with friend, water as drink

1:00pm- honey and almond bar, small pack of dried apple

3:00pm- gloria jeans green tea, 2 cucumber sushi, 2 avocado sushi

5:00pm- 1 avocado sushi

6:00pm- 2 cucumber sushi, mug of green tea

7:30- mug of green tea, 4 cherry tomatoes, small bowl of cooked spinach

9:00pm- 2 strawberries, handful of banana chips

Exercise: walk up hill, 6 hours walking at 2 shopping centres
