right. today i am having a day where i will eat within my calories. no more using totm headaches and general loss of energy as an excuse to eat like a piglet and not exercise.
breakfast: 2 crumpets with marg, glass of skinny milk
snack: med skinny cap, 1 x kiwi fruit, 1 x sml banana
lunch: 3/4 serve of hokkien noodles with chicken
dinner:chicken wings, steamed carrot & broccoli, baked tomato
snack:glass of orange juice
