2 Boiled Eggs
Apple

Lunch
2 Venison Patties
Lettuce Salad

Dinner
2 pieces Rabbit (cooked in a slow cooker)
Caulie & Leek Mash
Steamed Beans, Mushroom, Capsicum & Zuchinni

Snacks
Rockmelon
Seeds
3 Cruskits

Breakfast:
1 English Muffin with 1 egg and a slice of Low Fat Cheese

Lunch:
4 Crispbreads with 1/2 slice of cheese and tomato slices on each
12 Jelly Beans

Snack:
1 Orange

Dinner:
Beef Stirfry with Rice


(And hopefully that will be it and I wont be tempted later in the night - but if I am, I will make wise choices :shock: )

Breakfast
muesli with cherries, strawberries, apricot, banana, LFM

Lunch
lentil burger in bread (multigrain, unbuttered, with a little tomato relish) and a cup of natures cuppa with LFM and 1/2 a sugar, some grapes

Dinner
fettuchini with vege sauce, a bowl of fruit salad with no-fat yoghurt, a couple of bites of 85% cocoa chocolate
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

lunch pea and ham soup
tea prawn pasta bake :wink:

2slices wholemeal toast with thinspread of peanut butter

LUNCH
Gourmet ham and salad salad sandwhich

TEA
whooper jr meal from hungry jacks

SNACKS
grapes nectarine
2litres of water
diet coke

will be better tomorrow

Good call on the Junior meal Kim.
I love sitting here reading what everyone has eaten each day.
Tegan and Marie, reading your post has made me go and put strawberries on my shopping list this morning. :lol:

Emma, I also can't sleep unless my tummy has a content full feeling. The best way to deal with that is to have a couple of glasses of water
followed by some breakfast cereal. It has less calories than some of the other space fillers.
