muesli with cherries, strawberries, apricot, banana, LFM
lentil burger in bread (multigrain, unbuttered, with a little tomato relish) and a cup of natures cuppa with LFM and 1/2 a sugar, some grapes
fettuchini with vege sauce, a bowl of fruit salad with no-fat yoghurt, a couple of bites of 85% cocoa chocolate
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
