Breakfast: 2 slices of honey toast & a milo (321)

Lunch: 4 saos with tomato and lite cheese (274)

Dinner: egg and bacon toasted sandwich (367)

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)
20 cashew nuts (166)

2-3 litres of water

total: 1130

Hi everyone, I'm back after more computer troubles, grump. I'm sure it has gone out in PMS in sympathy with me!!

BF = 40g mainland munchables cheese and crackers, 1/2 apple, white coffee.

MT = bottle of diet iced tea

Lunch = 1 piece rye bread, margarine, 1 tsp honey, 1 muffin bake choc bar, white coffee

AT = 42g banana muffin bar, 250ml strawberry breaka

Dinner = honey lamb casserole with lentils/chickpeas/dates, diet coke, 2 slices kraft free cheese

Supper = 2 pieces soy and linseed bread, 1 tbs peanut butter, 1 jarrah white hot chocolate

Total so far = 1661 cals

EXERCISE = 30km cycling, 5km walk, 500 sit ups

breakfast: 2 crumpets, marg, glass of skinny milk

snack:premium crackers, tomato, cheese, green tea with mint

lunch:filo parcel with pumpkin, ricotta, spinach & mushrooms, steamed zucchini & eggplant on the side

snack:vegie chips

dinner:meatloaf (extra lean mince, 4 bean mix & bran) - 2 slices, carrots, beans & potato


i'm at 1470 for the day & doing my best to resist chocolate!

Brekky: Muesli with lite milk (210)
Coffee with 1 sugar & lite milk (40)

Snack: Celery sticks with hommus (60)
Sakata Cheese Supreme corn snacks (128)

Lunch: Toasted wholemeal sandwich with chicken breast, lite cheese & tomato (240)
Orange (110)

Snack: Carrot Sticks with hommus (100)

Dinner: Grilled garlic minute steak with steamed vegies (300)
Peppermint magnum (274)

Total: 1462

8:00 - 30 min jog

8:30 - muesli

10:00 - muesli bar

12:30 - zucchini slice, silice toast, pear

1:30 - muesli bar

4:00 - 2 slices bread, muesli bar

7:00 - soup and pull apart bread.

Man I was hungry today!!

I just realised I stuffed up a bit today without even realising it... my skinny latte was dairy wasn't it :oops: I'm not having red meat or chicken, but I think I'll put fish back

Breakfast- 4 strawberries, green tea

Snack- handful of banana chips, packet of dried apple, apricot bar, green tea

Lunch- crispy squid tentacles :D sesame prawn toast, hokkien fried noodles (took out all the pork and chicken and gave to the boy)

Snack- large skinny latte, 1 small cherry chocolate, can of diet coke, handful of banana chips

Dinner- white tea, 1 apple, 1 mandarine

Diet Coke

2 Pieces toast and two poached eggs

Toast with peanut butter

1 piece of toast with cheese and a poached egg

TOTAL: 1,290cals
2lts water

I think I was craving toast and eggs today :D
