Lunch: turkey, lite cheese and tomato toasted sanga (257)

Dinner: TBA

Snacks: 2x coke zero (2)

2-3 litres of water

*will try hard to get to 3 litres today, finding it hard to make it past two this week

Snack: Celery Sticks with hommus (60)

Lunch: Toasted wholemeal sandwich with ham, lite cheese & tomato (240)
Orange (110)

Snack: Carrot sticks - 2 carrots worth (150)

Dinner: CSIRO meat & veggie pasta bake (510)

Might have popcorn with a movie tonight (411)

Total: 1298 (1700 with popcorn)

breakfast: 2 x crumpets, marg, glass of skinny milk (301)

snack: 4 x vita wheats, 4 slices tomato (104), reg skinny cap (78)

snack:banana (71)

lunch:.5 cup of subway chicken & vegetable soup (75)*, subway 6inch with chicken teriyaki & salad (368)

dinner:fish and chips :oops:


total: 1767

daily goal: eat 1500 cals with a deficit of 300 after exercise - went over my goal but exercised until i had a deficit of 270 which i'm really happy with


*not sure what the cals of the soup are, but i'm going by their nutritional values for the US beef & vegetable soup.

breakfast- 15 cherry tomatoes, 9 short celery sticks, cup of SoGood lite, mug of green tea

snack- mandarine, small bunch of crimson grapes, strawberry, mug of green tea

lunch- 2 varieties of vegetarian curry, lentil soup, pappadum & orange rice, freshly squeezed apple/watermelon/strawberry juice

snack- apple, mug of green tea, pita bread with tuna

dinner- pita bread, peas, cup of SoGood lite, bowl of vegetarian fried rice

Lunch:

I had lunch with a client today.
:arrow: salmon stake with baby rocket salad
:arrow: 2 glasses of chardonnay :oops: :oops:

I didn't stick to my pledge of having just 1 glass of wine. Now I'm paying for it with a killer hangover :oops: :oops:

Dinner:

:arrow: Went to this Himalayan restaurant and had this chicken rice dish, it was very yum but oh so hot.

I'm so embarrassed to admit at the amount of alcohol I consumed from the hours of 7pm - 3am :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:

I've been tossing up whether to even write this down, but it would just be lying to myself and this is about being honest and accountable with my eating and drinking so I'm going to fess up :?

:arrow: 1 cosmopolitan
:arrow: 2 x daiquiri
:arrow: 1 manhattan
:arrow: 1 x summer daze
:arrow: 1 Smirnoff black ice
:arrow: 2 x vodka, apple juice, cranberry juice, lime and crushed iced.

I had lots of water in between these drinks too

DINNER-

salad pack I just picked up from shops of bocinchini and mixed salad in a neat -it says serves 4 but its mainly lettuce si should be good for my tea at work!

My first post in this forum :P

Breakfast - 2 pieces of raison toast with a smidge of marg (about a teaspoon). Quite dry but I was in a hurry and the toast was cool when I buttered it so I didn't use much. Ate it in the car on the way to a meeting and ended up with crumbs everywhere!
Glass of water

Lunch - spinach and soy soup with various Korean style side dishes including black beans, blanched spinach with garlic, spicy squid and spicy odeng (not sure of the English name?), several pieces of laver/seaweed and about 100gm or white rice, one egg
1 x can pepsi max

Snack - 5 x belgian truffles, 2 x Thorntons toffees

Water - 2+L today

Dinner - butternut pumpkin soup, one wholemeal English muffin (plain, no butter). More to come. Was starving and needed something quick or I would've found some junk!
1 x Pepsi max
(usually only have one a day, but substituting wine for the max today, so figured it's OK for one day...)
I small tin Teriyaki tuna (98% fat free)
8 x sesame water crackers
1 cup peas

BF = 2 oatbrits, 2 tsp sugar, 1/2 cup lite milk, white coffee

MT = 40g packet bikkies and cheese

Lunch = honey lamb casserole

AT = 1 piece rye bread, 20g peanut butter, white coffee, small handful chips

Dinner = chinese chicken and cashews, coffee

Supper = white tea

Total = 1600 calories

Exercise = 500 sit ups, 2.5km walk, 22km ride
