My first post in this forum
- 2 pieces of raison toast with a smidge of marg (about a teaspoon). Quite dry but I was in a hurry and the toast was cool when I buttered it so I didn't use much. Ate it in the car on the way to a meeting and ended up with crumbs everywhere!
Glass of water
- spinach and soy soup with various Korean style side dishes including black beans, blanched spinach with garlic, spicy squid and spicy odeng (not sure of the English name?), several pieces of laver/seaweed and about 100gm or white rice, one egg
1 x can pepsi max
- 5 x belgian truffles, 2 x Thorntons toffees
- 2+L today
- butternut pumpkin soup, one wholemeal English muffin (plain, no butter). More to come. Was starving and needed something quick or I would've found some junk!

(usually only have one a day, but substituting wine for the max today, so figured it's OK for one day...)
I small tin Teriyaki tuna (98% fat free)
8 x sesame water crackers
1 cup peas
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
