I am actually going out for most of the day today in Newcastle. So i dont know what is planned in regards to eating. However, i am starting the food diary page because i have every intention of filling it in when i get home this arvo. Went to bed feeling nauseous last night. Had my honey toast. I do have mince out defrosting for tonight cos im hoping to make a filo savoury pie. never used filo pastry before so i hope it isn't too challenging. Have a great day!

ok pretty bad day but its just one day and i was well under my cals for yesterday so hopefully it evens out by tuesday!!


Breakfast: mil brought me a hot chocolate from jamaica blue(315)

Lunch: bucket of hot chips and two slices of bread (450)

Dinner: home made filo veef and vegie pie (683)

snacks: 1 fling bar (164)
2 coke zero (2)
2-3 litres of water

total:
1614

BF = 2 oatbrits, 2tsp sugar, 1/2 cup lite milk, white coffee

MT = 40g packet cheese and bikkies

Lunch = honey lamb casserole, 1 slice kraft free cheese, diet coke

AT = 1 slice wholemeal bread, 5g olive spread, 15g jam.

During ride = 2 20g packets of kettle chips, water

Dinner = 280g mccain spaghetti bolognese, 100g lite yoghurt, coffee

Supper = tea

Total = 1650

Exercise = 32km cycling, 5km walking

Breakfast
- large apple
- mug of green tea

Lunch
- small plate of yellow rice with 2 types of vegatarian curry
- regular muffin break skinny latte
- muffin break carrot cake

Snack
- skinny white tea
- small pack of dried apple
- 4 tiny sesameseed biscuits
- can of diet coke

Dinner (greek restaurant with the boy and his family) I was good and declined any wine, coke or LL&B... had water
- 2 pieces of bread with salmon, tzaziki & hoummus dips
- 2 small stuffed fig leaves
- A few pieces of squid
- An oyster
- 3 calamari rings
- A piece of fish
- Some Greek salad (didn't touch the lamb, chicken & pork dishes, firstly cause of the diet, secondly because i was STUFFED :D )
and for dessert
- 2 small pieces of turkish delight
- 1/2 a slice of small custard cake
- 1/4 of a piece of chocolate cake of some sort

Very proud of myself for today actually :)

Breakfast:

:arrow: 5 glasses of water

I'm feeling too queasy to eat anything.


Lunch:

:arrow: toasted cheese and tomato sandwich (2 slices soy & linseed bread, 30g low fat cheese, 4 slices of tomato)


Snack:

:arrow: 3 wholemeal crackers with low fat cheese
:arrow: 1 fling bar

Dinner:

:arrow: Steamed fish with garden salad
:arrow: 1 slice of New York Baked Cheese Cake

Drinks:

:arrow: About 4L of water to try get rid of the hangover.

Bad start to the day toast butter
and have had a piece of homemade quiche already
weekends destroy me
never mind the tread mill awaits
I am making a nice hot chicken curry tonite for dinner

I want to go to Pam's for dinner :P

Bfast: 250ml sweet potato soup

Lunch: Spicy Korean soybean and cabbage soup & various vegetable and other side dishes, 100gm rice, 1 egg

Dinner: yum cha wasn't to be - restaurant was booked out :( but we had Peking Duck instead and I only ate a few duck pancakes.

Snack: Sweet Potato muffins (will make them soon - first time to try the recipe) - Edit: I didn't make 'em cos I didn't have all the ingredients
Jarrah hot choc
2 x raison toast

Drinks: 1 x Pepsi Max, 1 x Coke Zero
2+Litres of water
