BF = 1 cup milo cereal, 1/2 cup lite milk, white coffee, 20g kettle chips

Lunch = 1 garlic and parmesan fish fillet, 2 slices wholemeal bread, 5g olive spread, white coffee

AT = 40g cheese and crackers, diet coke, 230g paw paw

Dinner = 2 slices wholemeal bread, 10g peanut butter, 15g jam, 5g olive spread, white coffee

Supper = white tea, 1 piece date slice

Calories = 1500

Exercise = 1.5km running, 1km walking

going out this morning shopping :) thinking i might grab a smoothie for my breakfast so i will put in the rest of my food diary later :)

Breakfast: 1/2 97% fat free banana smoothie (225)

Lunch: two slices of honey toast (193)

Dinner: left over filo beef vegie pie (425)

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)
1 jarrah (40)
1 scoop of blue ribbon light vanilla (73)
cashews (166)

2-3 litres of water

total: 1124

- baby apple
- mug of green tea

- almond & honey bar
- small packet of dried apple
- 1/2 mug of SoGood Lite

- big bowl of spinach
- small bowl of tuna
- handful of sultanas
- 1/2 mug of SoGood Lite

- apricot bar
- bowl of spicy noodles
- orange
- handful of starburst jellies
- 1/2 mug of SoGood Lite

- rice with beanshoots, cabbage and other veggies
- mug of green tea

:arrow: 2 gluten free/wheat free apple pan cakes, sprinkled with 1 tbsp honey
:arrow: 2 cups freshly brewed black coffee (I love the smell of freshly brewed coffee :D )

This is the plan for the rest of the day. After lunch I'm heading out to meet a girlfriend at a cafe (I pledge not to be tempted by any of the cakes/biscuits on display and stick to my green tea :D )


:arrow: 1 bowl of broccoli and cauliflower soup
:arrow: 4 strawberries sliced up and mixed with 2 tbsp of natural low fat yogurt

Coffee with the girls:

:arrow: 2 green teas
:arrow: 1 skinny late
:arrow: 1 jaffa cake shared 4 ways :wink: Well there goes my pledge hahaha, I didn't even want to eat it but felt forced and prompted by others sharing. Oh well at least it wasn't a whole slice of cake.

Bfast: Miso soup with no rice

Lunch: Spicy Korean soy soup with 80gm rice, 1 egg (fried in olive oil spray), various veggie side dishes

Dinner: Chicken lasagne

Snack: sweet potato muffins x 2 - finally made them today!
3 x belgium truffles
1 glass milo

Drinks: 1 x Pepsi Max can
At least 2.5L water
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...
