Breakfast
small bowl of muesli with low fat milk

Lunch
1/2 a lentil pattie with a bit of relish (no bread), the juice/kelp/dolomite mix

Snack
1 apricot cup of tea

Dinner
steamed peas, carrot, pumpkin, beetroot, broccoli with salad and baked onion and garlic and 1/2 a potato with some gravy.

felt like something sweet so I had a cup of fresh juiced hot spiced apple juice

LUNCH

wholemeal pasta with tuna carrot and red cabbage
with french dressing

DINNER

skinless chicken breast with garlic and lemon
6 smll potatoes skin on boiled
vegetables

SNACKS

peach
nectarine
diet mousse
strawberrys and yogurt
2litres of water
diet coke
kimmariee
