small bowl of muesli with low fat milk
1/2 a lentil pattie with a bit of relish (no bread), the juice/kelp/dolomite mix
1 apricot cup of tea
steamed peas, carrot, pumpkin, beetroot, broccoli with salad and baked onion and garlic and 1/2 a potato with some gravy.
felt like something sweet so I had a cup of fresh juiced hot spiced apple juice

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
