I had Mondayitis today
Did not want to head into work but was there at 7am
1/4 porridge made with water, sprinkled with a handful of blueberries and cinnamon (yummo)
1 glass of chickpea milk
1 bowl of lentil soup
1 sweet potato muffin (Sandra they are delicious)
TBA heading out for dinner again. I feel like Mexican, fingers crossed company feels like Mexican too. Will probably go a Chilli Corn Carn
I did get my own way and had mexican
. I had chilli Corn Carn without the rice. I was good and said NO to alcohol.
1 diet coke (it's been so long since I've last had coke I didn't finish it, it didn't taste very nice - a good thing I guess)
hardly reached 2L. In fact I've only consumed 1/2 a litre. So will make sure to drink lots after my workout and before I head out - probably means I'll be running to the toilet frequently
I was up till 3am catching up on work. So from 11 till 3am I had a further 2L of water. Boy did my toilet get a good working out early in the morning.
