It's just another manic monday....

Breakfast: 1 slice of honey toast & a milo (246)

Lunch: chicken cheese and tomato sandwich (411)

Dinner: steak baby potato mixed veg and broccoli (256)

Snacks: 2 x coke zero (2)
1 jarrah (40)

2-3 litres of water

total: 955
Havent organised anything for lunch or dinner yet. will put it in my diary later :)

BF = 2 oat brits, 2tsp sugar, 1/2 cup lite milk, 20g kettle chips, white coffee

Lunch = 300g paw paw, 2 slices wholemeal bread with 10g mayonnaise and 1 garlic parmesan fish fillet, diet coke

AT = 1 piece date slice, white coffee

Dinner = 295g pea and ham soup, 4 crispbread, skim milk mocha

Supper = 100g lite yoghurt, white tea

Total = 1500

Exercise = 20min weights, 1.25km running @ 10kph, 400m running @ 12kph, 2.5km walking, 750m swimming

breakfast: 2 x crumpets, marg, glass of skinny milk

snack: slim secrets protein bar

lunch: cup of chicken & rice soup, chicken & salad sandwich from bluebag. yum!

dinner:chicken, potato, pumpkin, beans, carrots. i love vegies!

snack:1 tim tam

healthy eating challenge for me today - it's going to be a long day. i have brought some healthy-ish snacks with me, i just need to stay strong till i get home for dinner!

Brunch: Soup, rice, veggie & seafood side dishes

DinnerTBC - left over chicken lasagne

Drinks: 2+ Litres of water
1 x pepsi max can

Snacks: 2 x sweet potato muffins, 1 x museli bar while watching Harry Potter

No breakfast today :(

Morning Tea: carrot & celery sticks (about 10 of each) and about a 1/4 of a cup of cottage cheese

Lunch: sandwich - Grilled chicken breast, boiled egg and lettuce on multigrain, no butter

Dinner: will be grilled fish and steamed vegies.

Dessert: (maybe) banana and little bit of frozen yoghurt

So far about 400ml water. Struggling with the water thing!

400th post, yay! :D

Average day... wasn't really thinking about what I was eating because I was could barely see straight (my nose was running, my head hurt and i couldn't hear a thing). Bought some expensive headcold tablets which seemed to help during the day.

6:30am- Breakfast- bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes with skim milk

7:15am- 2 hash browns

8:00am- tall skinny latte

11:30am- Lunch- tuna sushi handroll, salmon sushi handroll

About 5 tic tacs later...

4:00pm- Dinner- bowl of spicy noodles, mug of skim milk milo

6:30pm- mug of green tea

getting an early night :cry: tummy feels awful, already threw up once. i hope i'm not coming down with something worse than a cold (like 3 assignments due this week)

Fried Egg no oil
tbsp BBQ Sauce
Mouthful of OJ

Small Container of leftover tuna pasta

Will be Grilled Chicken with Chilli powder
Steamed Broccoli
Steamed Broad Beans

2 Cruskits
40grams Extra Light Cream Cheese
1 Small Tin of Tuna

OH MY GOD the leftover pasta was tasty!
Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

I had Mondayitis today :lol: Did not want to head into work but was there at 7am :shock:

:arrow: 1/4 porridge made with water, sprinkled with a handful of blueberries and cinnamon (yummo)
:arrow: 1 glass of chickpea milk

:arrow: 1 bowl of lentil soup
:arrow: 1 sweet potato muffin (Sandra they are delicious)

:arrow: TBA heading out for dinner again. I feel like Mexican, fingers crossed company feels like Mexican too. Will probably go a Chilli Corn Carn

:arrow: I did get my own way and had mexican :D . I had chilli Corn Carn without the rice. I was good and said NO to alcohol.
:arrow: 1 diet coke (it's been so long since I've last had coke I didn't finish it, it didn't taste very nice - a good thing I guess)

:arrow: hardly reached 2L. In fact I've only consumed 1/2 a litre. So will make sure to drink lots after my workout and before I head out - probably means I'll be running to the toilet frequently :oops:

I was up till 3am catching up on work. So from 11 till 3am I had a further 2L of water. Boy did my toilet get a good working out early in the morning.
