1x jarrah (40)

2-3 litres of water

breakfast:2 x crumpets, marg, glass of skinny milk

snack:tuna, tomato, tsp low fat mayo, premium crackers

lunch:3/4moroccan lamb salad from sumo salad (kinda average i thought)

snack:2 x mini quiche. 2 slices breadstick, 1 mini fritatta, mini croquette

dinner:spag bol (snap, kate!)

i definitely went over my calories yesterday. i worked till about 7.45 & there was leftover antipasto from an event i'd run & i pigged out :(

Breakfast - Apple porridge with skim milk

Snack - Banana

Lunch - Grilled chicken breast, salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber)

Snack - 1/4 cup cottage cheese, carrot & celery sticks

Dinner - No idea yet! Having dinner with BF's family so hopefully it's not take-away!

Lunch: Soup, rice, egg & veggie & seafood side dishes

Dinner: Chicken Breast, cup of veggies, 1 sweet corn cob

Snacks:
Sweet potato muffin
10 chocs at my sister's shop :oops:

Drinks:
1 x can pepsi max
2.5+L water
1 x jarrah hot choc for desert

- 2 glasses of apple/strawberry juice
- 5 large strawberries
- Lots of tee-vee snacks (chocolate)

Lunch:

:arrow: 1 avocado sushi
:arrow: 1 large skinny hazelnut latte

Dinner:
:arrow: Mushroom soup
:arrow: 2 sweet potato muffins

Drinks:

:arrow: 3 green teas
:arrow: 2L of water

7:00 - 1 hr ride to uni

8:30 - 2 vitabrits with currants/sultanas/LSA

9:00 - bowl muesli

11:00 - 4 corn thins with pnb

1:00 - s'dough 10 grain wholemeal toast with taco beans and salad and low fat philli spread

1:30 - 2 of those evil choccies

3:00 - mandarine

4:30 - 1hr ride home

6:00 - couple handfulls toasted muesli and fruit/nuts and 2 slices cheese!!!!!!!!!

7:30 - baked/steamed vegies with instant gravy
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
